Growing up in Thessaloniki — Greece's culinary capital — food was never just sustenance. It was language, love, and identity. Andreas spent his childhood watching the rhythm of the family table: the slow-cooked stews, the fresh catch from the market, the way a meal could hold an entire family together.
That early passion became a vocation in 2010, when he entered professional kitchens. After years mastering his craft, he found his calling in private service — six transformative years cooking for the most discerning clientele across Mykonos Island, where luxury is a standard, not a goal.
In 2022, Andreas brought that same standard to Dubai — a city that understands the language of excellence. Today, through Aegean & Co., he does what he was born to do: create deeply personal dining experiences, in the privacy of your home, that you will remember long after the last plate is cleared.
